TOUR OF THE SELVA SALADOS FOR FAMILIES

Dear families,

The CEIP Los Salados invites all parents to participated in the tour of The Selva Salados visit, so you can apreciate the work done by your children.

The visit will take place on friday, 6 May at 12,45 hours, and it will last aproximately one hour.

Estimadas familias,

Con motivo de la celebración de la V Jornada Provincial de Fomento de la Lectura, el CEIP Los Salados invita a todos los padres a participar en la visita guiada a la Selva Salados, para que puedan apreciar el trabajo realizado por su hijos.
La visita tendrá lugar el 6 de mayo a las 12,45 horas y tendrá una duración estimada de una hora.

BOOKS EXHIBITION

There is an exhibition of books made by children in the Etnographic Museum in Zamora.

It will be open until the 29 April, and I recomend you to visit it.

Here there are two of many works made by children and exposed in the museum.

THE WEEK OF THE BOOK

In our school we do not celebrate the Day of the book, but we celebrate "the week of the book". These year is all about Miguel de Cervantes, celebrating the fourth centurly of his death.
We have been reading in different classes Don Quijote de la Mancha, there are many illustrations in the corridors and an exposition open in the school library with illustrations, vocabulary and many books of Don Quijote de la Mancha.

SECOND VISIT TO OUR JUNGLE

Last friday 3, 4 and 5 years old pupils from Fernando II School, from Benavente, have visited our "Selva Salados!. They have been enjoying with the activities prepared for them from teachers and pupils. Poetry, acting, playing, singing, dancing and finally they have been making a bookmark with the help of our sixth grade pupils.
We are delighted to receive visits from other schools, so we hope to have many more.
